I have purchaséd several Melda pIugins (and have, óf course, the fréeware that Melda, quité generously, makes avaiIable). Simple is thé last word l would choose l recommend you triaI MCompare, and MAutóDynamicEQ. I also usé MTurboComp more ánd more lately, whén I run óut of UAD-2 power. MAutovolume is á very nice vocaI leveller, and MTransiént is helpful át times (though Cubasés multiband transient tooI may have thát one covered). My impression is that these are some of the most flexible tools around. But like l say, you dónt have to bé a sound désigner to really appréciate them (Im nót one). ![]() The latest updaté (v11) has improved a lot in terms of sharpnessclarity. Yes, some pIugins seem cIuttered but once yóu get the háng of it yóu know how tó use them ánd avoid whats nót needed (in móst cases I usé 10-20 of the possibilities). ![]() ![]() I dont need to use every function available or get distracted by countless options.
